01

Understand what a link proves

A spreadsheet row or converted product link helps you reach a listing; it does not lock the item, selected option, price or seller state. Pages can change titles, main pictures and variant menus. Open the destination directly and compare its product type, imagery and option list with the row that led you there. If the handoff no longer points to the same item, pause instead of relying on a familiar thumbnail.

LoveGoBuy's indexed public search entry supports discovery by product name, link and photo. These are different ways to find a route, not independent confirmation that a selected SKU is correct. Write the current destination URL and check date. Keep any spreadsheet label separate from what the live product page actually says. This simple distinction prevents a stale row from inheriting undeserved trust.

02

Make an option fingerprint

Record the exact visible variant text: product type, colour, size, version, material or bundle, and any custom input. Include the displayed price only with its date and currency. If there is an option code, preserve it, but do not treat an opaque code as self-explanatory. Compare the option's own thumbnail and description to the main gallery, which may show a different example.

A good fingerprint is short enough to compare later. For shoes it may be colour and size; for a jersey, version, size, name and number; for electronics, connector, voltage and package contents. When the listing offers a choice such as with box or without box, note the selection without assuming the same photos represent both. The aim is to remove ambiguity before payment, not to create a database of every product on the page.

03

Triangulate with visible evidence

Check three places separately: the source row, current product listing and selected variant summary. If one conflicts, investigate the difference. A category route that lands on a completely different item should be removed from a shortlist. A matching product with a wrong selected colour needs correction before order. A price change by itself may be normal; it still affects the decision and should be recorded.

Warehouse QC provides a fourth checkpoint once the item arrives. Compare the photographed item with the option fingerprint, not merely the most attractive listing image. Look for labels, colour, shape, included pieces and details unique to the chosen version. A matching photo does not prove hidden specifications or authenticity. It shows that visible features are consistent at that point in the workflow.

04

Handle uncertain cases explicitly

If a listing's title and thumbnail disagree, ask which selected option controls the actual order through official channels or choose a clearer product route. Do not infer a variant from a translation, a cropped image or a promotional badge. For custom orders, store the exact entered characters and check the seller's preview if one exists. A missing option field is a real missing piece of evidence, not a minor writing problem.

When warehouse images reveal an apparent mismatch, identify the precise conflict: expected blue, received black; expected two pieces, one visible; selected size differs from label. Preserve the relevant page and photo references and use the live account workflow to resolve it. An independent guide cannot know which response windows or remedies apply to a specific order. Avoid speculative promises about refunds or replacements.

05

Shortlist routes that survive rechecking

A reliable shortlist has a date, destination, option fingerprint, comparison notes and one unresolved question. Reopen the route immediately before ordering, because a link that worked last week may now show another default option. Prefer candidates whose variant mapping can be explained without guessing. This also improves product articles: a recommendation should name the evidence rather than calling the item verified.

Before international parcel submission, compare QC photos with the same fingerprint and check any account-specific issue through LoveGoBuy's official interface. The workflow ends with a proportionate statement: the visible route and chosen option agree, or the evidence is insufficient and needs another check. A clear link is only the start of the purchase decision.

06

Follow a changed-spreadsheet example

A spreadsheet row might display a blue hoodie at one reference price, while the current destination opens a black T-shirt. The mismatch is not a minor variant issue: the route no longer supports the row. Remove it from the shortlist or find the current product independently. If the destination instead shows the same hoodie but defaults to black, open the option selector and confirm that blue remains selectable. Then record the blue variant text and its current price, which may differ from the row.

A more subtle case is a listing that shows a pair of shoes in every image but defaults to one shoe accessory in the option menu. The main gallery cannot resolve the purchased unit. Read the selected option's name, thumbnail, quantity and price, and seek clarification through the current source if they conflict. Do not normalize an implausibly low price by assuming a full pair. The field that controls the order must be clear before the route earns a place in a product guide.

07

Distinguish redirects from legitimate variants

Some marketplace links redirect to an updated route while preserving the same item and options. The new URL alone does not prove an error, but it requires a fresh comparison of title, images, seller and selected option. Other redirects lead to an unrelated category or a search page; those should not be presented as live product evidence. A generic category landing page also cannot support a claim about a particular product. Record what the user actually sees after the handoff.

A translated title can use different words for the same garment, so compare physical features rather than relying only on string matching. For a bag, look at shape, closure and strap arrangement. For electronics, compare model and connector. If the observable features disagree, a matching keyword is insufficient. If the features match but specifications remain missing, the route can remain a candidate with an explicit open question. A review should reflect degrees of evidence rather than a binary label of verified.

08

Design the spreadsheet to age well

A durable row has separate columns for source title, current destination, selected option, observed features, price with currency, QC link if available, unresolved question and last checked date. Avoid a single cell combining a shortened link, promotional claim and size note. The row should tell a later editor what to recheck. If a destination changes, the editor can update or remove a specific observation instead of treating the whole sheet as permanently accurate.

Prioritize rechecking rows that receive clicks, have many variants or carry stale dates. A date does not make a wrong link correct, but it shows how long a claim has gone without review. When writing a public article, avoid promising that all linked items are current if the destinations have not been inspected. Describe the site as independent product research and link to the live source for decisions. That makes the handoff more honest and gives search visitors a usable method.

For a public product directory, link maintenance is editorial work. Mark a route as changed when its destination stops matching the described item, and avoid recycling an old screenshot as current evidence. A replacement product should earn a fresh row with its own selected option and check date. Readers who arrive from search need to know whether they are following a current destination or reading a general method. That distinction also helps search engines understand the article's purpose: it teaches a verifiable comparison process rather than claiming that every external listing is permanently available.
