01

Identify the decision before requesting another photo

An extra photograph is useful when it answers a specific question that could change your decision. Begin with the warehouse images and write down exactly what remains unknown. Perhaps a garment's chest width is unclear, a shoe label is unreadable or a bag opening has not been measured. Avoid requesting more photos simply because the current set feels incomplete. A focused question helps you select a view and evaluate whether it answers your question.

LoveGoBuy's public guide confirms warehouse inspection photos, but it does not establish the current availability, price or menu for every additional measurement request. Check the options shown in your official account or ask through its current support channel before commissioning work. This independent guide provides request wording and a way to assess the response. Its product links lead to the main catalogue; submitting a request about your own warehouse item belongs in the official account.

02

Attach the request to one identifiable item

Start the message with the relevant order or warehouse item reference and the selected variant. Use the colour and size wording from your purchase record. If several items have similar names or use the same promotional photo, the reference is especially important. State which existing image or feature caused uncertainty. This gives the person handling the request a way to find the right object and understand why the standard views were not sufficient for your decision.

A reusable opening is: For warehouse item [reference], selected [colour and size], I need to check [specific detail] before deciding on shipment. The current image does not show [missing evidence]. Replace every bracket with your own information and remove anything irrelevant. Do not include unrelated purchases in the same message. If two garments need different measurement methods, write two clearly separated item requests so that the resulting photographs can be assigned to the correct row in your records.

03

Define the dimension and its two endpoints

A request saying measure the hoodie leaves several possible interpretations. Specify whether you want flat chest width, full circumference, body length, shoulder width or sleeve length. Name the start and finish of the measurement and the unit. For chest width, a practical method is the garment laid flat, unstretched, measured from one underarm seam to the other. For body length, choose a defined shoulder point and hem endpoint rather than assuming every chart uses the same path.

A usable template is: Please lay the garment flat without stretching it and photograph chest width from underarm seam to underarm seam in centimetres. Keep the ruler zero and the opposite endpoint visible in the same image. If my requested method is not possible, please tell me which method can be used. This wording states the needed evidence without imposing an impossible precision. It also prevents a circumference value from being compared directly with a flat-width reference.

04

Choose a view that makes the result readable

Ask for a camera view that shows the measurement itself, not only a typed number. Both endpoints and enough of the object to identify the measured dimension should remain visible. A readable close view can complement an overview when one image cannot show everything clearly. Avoid demanding so many angles that the actual decision disappears. If the question concerns a size label, a sharp label photograph may be more useful than another complete front view of the item.

For a suspected visible defect, first request an overview locating the area and then a closer view if needed. Describe the location using features such as left sleeve cuff or seam beside the upper zipper stop. A message saying photograph the damaged part assumes a conclusion that the photo may not support. Instead, explain the observation: the current image appears to show an uneven seam at this location; please provide a clearer view. That keeps the enquiry tied to visible evidence.

05

Adapt the wording for shoes and bags

For footwear, distinguish a removable insole measurement from an outsole measurement or a size label. A useful request is: If the insole can be removed without damage, please lay it flat and photograph its length from the back of the heel to the furthest toe point, with both ruler endpoints visible. Please identify the measurement as insole length. If removal is not appropriate, ask what alternative evidence is possible rather than requesting that the item be forced apart.

For a bag, identify whether the decision depends on exterior dimensions, the opening or an internal compartment. A template might ask for the clear opening width between the usable edges with the opening in its normal position. State the object you are trying to accommodate only as context, not as a request to guarantee fit without a physical test. An advertised exterior width does not resolve an opening-size question, and measuring a handle does not establish the usable height of the main compartment.

06

Work through a repeatable hoodie example

Suppose a hoodie you already own measures 58 cm across the chest when laid flat, using underarm seams as endpoints. The selected listing describes 60 cm, but the warehouse photo has a tilted ruler and the far endpoint is hidden. This example uses illustrative measurements, not an actual LoveGoBuy order or service result. The useful request is to repeat the same flat-width method with both endpoints visible. Asking whether the hoodie fits you would introduce body shape and preference that the warehouse photo cannot answer.

After the new image arrives, check the ruler alignment before reading the value. If it visibly shows about 60 cm under the requested method, your note can say that the photographed flat width is consistent with the selected chart and roomier than your reference. It cannot promise comfort or a particular silhouette. If the image still hides an endpoint, the question remains unresolved. Do not convert an unreadable photograph into a precise number merely to finish the comparison.

07

Confirm feasibility and costs before adding work

Combine the technical request with a short practical question: Is this measurement or photo available for this item, and does a fee apply? Let the current account workflow or support response determine the next step. If the service offers several options, choose the one that answers the decision point rather than automatically selecting every available view. Keep any quoted terms attached to this request so that an old answer is not reused as a permanent policy for future orders.

Some requests may be unsuitable for an item's construction or packaging. Removing a fixed insert, opening a sealed component or stretching a delicate fabric can change the object being inspected. Explain the evidence you need and accept a clearly described limitation when the requested action cannot be performed appropriately. You can then decide whether another view is enough or whether the unresolved dimension affects your purchase decision. A measurement plan should improve information without assuming unlimited access to every hidden part.

08

Review the reply against the original question

When new evidence arrives, compare it with the exact wording you sent. Is it the correct item and variant? Is the unit visible? Are the start and finish points the ones you specified? Was the garment flat or stretched? Does the camera angle permit a sensible reading? Record any difference in method before comparing the number with your reference. Two measurements can disagree because they describe different dimensions, even when neither reading is necessarily wrong.

Save the original request, response and selected photograph together. If you need one follow-up, name the remaining gap rather than repeating the entire original message. For example: the garment is identifiable, but the ruler zero is outside the frame, so the chest width cannot yet be read. This is a focused request for missing evidence. Avoid escalating the description into a product fault until you have a reliable observation that actually supports that conclusion.

09

Turn the measurement into a limited decision

Your final note should separate observation, comparison and action. Observation: the photographed dimension, method and image quality. Comparison: how it relates to the selected chart and your familiar reference. Action: proceed with the current item, seek clarification or review the available official options. This structure prevents a visible size-label match from being mistaken for a measured fit, and it prevents a minor photographic ambiguity from becoming an unsupported accusation about the seller or warehouse.

Keep the request as a reusable template, but replace item references, endpoints and context for every new purchase. Shoes, hoodies and bags need different evidence, even when each request contains the word size. Over time, your record should reveal which measurements were useful and which photos added little. The goal is not the largest possible image collection. It is enough clear, correctly identified evidence to make the particular decision you were uncertain about before requesting another view.
