Match the item and variant at every step. A domestic shipment or warehouse update is not confirmation of an international carrier scan.

01

Keep discovery and the actual order separate

A useful buying workflow begins by knowing which page performs which job. This independent website helps you discover products, compare information and reach the main catalogue through its search and product links. Those discovery links do not place an order in LoveGoBuy. The actual purchase and account-specific decisions happen in your official LoveGoBuy account. Keep the original marketplace listing available so that you can identify the precise item after moving between a shortlist, catalogue and purchasing platform.

Use one short record for every candidate: source marketplace, original link, product identifier, selected colour, selected size, quantity and the reason you want it. If a shortlist includes several similar listings, give them separate rows. A product name or thumbnail alone is a weak identifier because sellers may reuse photographs and descriptions. A careful record at the beginning makes it much easier to compare the eventual warehouse item with what you intended to buy.

02

Bring the original listing into the official search

LoveGoBuy's official beginner guide describes pasting Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian product links into its search bar. Start with the complete original listing link rather than guessing a product address from a title. Once the item opens, compare the seller information, photographs and available options with your saved source. Treat a successful search as a way to inspect the listing, not proof that every advertised variant is available or suitable for your needs.

If the displayed item does not match, return to the original link and check that you copied the product page rather than a shop page or a temporary sharing screen. Keep the product identifier intact when comparing links. If the official service cannot resolve the listing reliably, use its current assistance options with the original URL and desired variant. Do not substitute a similar-looking product just to move forward unless you have deliberately chosen that alternative.

03

Select the exact variant before adding it

The official flow then uses the selected item with Add to Cart or Buy Now, followed by item payment. Before that step, verify every option that affects what will arrive: colour, size, model, bundle, quantity and any seller-specific variation. Read the chart or specification belonging to that option. A product's main image may show one version while the selected menu describes another. Save the option wording rather than relying on a translated title alone.

For a hoodie, write the selected size alongside the relevant garment measurements. For shoes, distinguish a foot-length recommendation from an insole measurement. For an accessory, check the included pieces and dimensions. A clear order note can resolve ambiguity in your intent, but it does not replace selecting the correct variant. If the necessary option is missing or its meaning remains unclear, pause and clarify it before payment instead of asking the warehouse to correct a choice later.

04

Review the purchase record and payment scope

Review the items and quantities in the purchase screen as a complete set. Check that a previous cart entry has not remained selected and that two similar colours have not been combined accidentally. Record the displayed product amounts and any separately shown seller-to-warehouse charge. Read the actual payment breakdown instead of assuming a product's displayed price includes every later stage. A saved purchase confirmation should make clear what was bought, how much was paid and which reference identifies it.

Keep account balance activity, purchase payment and parcel payment distinct in your notes. They can describe different actions even when they appear near one another in an account. For each transaction, record the purpose and associated reference. If a payment result is unclear, inspect the current order record and official payment guidance before making another attempt. Repeating a payment or creating a duplicate order without checking the first attempt can complicate an otherwise straightforward purchase.

05

Follow procurement without mixing it with delivery

After item payment, the guide describes LoveGoBuy purchasing from the seller, followed by warehouse arrival and inspection. Keep this procurement stage separate from international shipping. A seller dispatching an item toward the warehouse does not mean your international parcel has been sent. In your record, use plain stages such as ordered, awaiting warehouse evidence and ready for a parcel decision. These are personal tracking labels, not a claimed list of official account statuses.

If the seller changes availability or the service requests clarification, compare the message with your original selection. State whether an offered substitution is acceptable and record the decision. For a colour-specific purchase, a substitute colour may defeat the purpose even when the price matches. For a set, one unavailable component may change the usefulness of everything else. Respond to the actual question using the correct order reference rather than assuming that silence means your original choice will proceed unchanged.

06

Match the warehouse item to the order

The official guide places inspection photos and stored items in the Warehouse area. When evidence becomes available, compare it with the order you saved: identity, colour, size label, quantity and included pieces first, then the details that matter for your intended use. Work from the actual item photos rather than the promotional listing image. A photograph supports what it visibly shows; it does not establish comfort, hidden materials or every aspect of product performance.

Consider a hypothetical navy hoodie ordered in a specific size. Your row contains the option text and a seller chart. A warehouse photo showing a different colour label prompts an identity question; an unclear ruler photo prompts a measurement question. Those are different requests and should not be combined into a vague complaint that the item looks wrong. Preserve the relevant image and explain exactly what you need resolved before deciding whether to include that item in a parcel.

07

Turn selected warehouse items into a parcel plan

The guide next describes selecting warehouse items for delivery, entering delivery details and choosing a shipping option. Before doing this, decide which items belong together and which still need attention. An unresolved sizing question should remain attached to its own item. Review the destination carefully, including the address format requested in the current account. Keep the intended recipient details accurate rather than copying an old address simply because it is already saved.

Prepare a packing preference that describes the result you want, such as retaining a valued retail box or protecting a fragile component, and check what the current service actually offers. Do not assume every instruction can be performed or that optional work is free. Compare available shipping choices using the same parcel information. Your budget should distinguish the already completed item purchase from the international shipping decision you are now making, with any remaining unknown charges marked clearly.

08

Check the parcel payment and tracking record

International shipping payment is a separate stage in the official workflow, and shipment progress is available through Parcels. Before paying, compare the current parcel contents, delivery details, selected service and visible cost breakdown with your plan. Save the parcel identifier alongside the item order references it contains. This links several purchases to one shipment without making them appear to be a single original order, which matters when you later need to ask about one missing component.

Once tracking information is available, record the latest event and its date rather than changing your notes based only on how long you expected a stage to take. Keep seller-to-warehouse tracking separate from international parcel tracking. If you need help, state the parcel reference, the last visible event and the question you want answered. A precise enquiry about the next required action is easier to investigate than a message that supplies only a product name.

09

Close the loop when the goods arrive

At delivery, compare the received items with both the parcel record and your original purchase rows. Check quantities and included components before discarding packaging or labels that might help identify the shipment. If there is a discrepancy, keep clear photographs and use the current official support process with the relevant references. Describe the observable issue and the evidence you have. Do not turn an uncertain impression into a claim about what happened during a stage you could not observe.

Update your shortlist with what you learned: whether the selected variant matched, which measurements proved useful and which details were still missing before purchase. Keep personal fit or quality observations separate from verified listing facts. Your next order benefits from this evidence trail because you can improve the exact part that caused uncertainty. A repeatable process is more valuable than memorising a sequence of buttons whose appearance may change while the underlying purchase and parcel decisions remain the same.
